Step-by-Step: Placing an Order with Your Product Balance
- Log into your Prezola account and head to your dashboard.
- Browse our brand partner collections and find the items you'd like to receive.
- Click 'Add to List' to add each item to your gift list.
- Once you’ve added everything you’d like to order, go to the 'Get your gifts' section of your dashboard.
- From here, click on 'Place Order'.
- Select the items you’d like to order from your gift list and move them into your basket.
- Review your basket, and when you're ready, click 'Confirm Order'. We’ll begin securing your gifts right away.
Important Notes
• Your branded product balance can only be used on physical gifts available on Prezola from our listed brand partners.
• This balance cannot be withdrawn as cash or used towards:
– Cash funds
– Honeymoon or custom funds
– Charity donations
– Vouchers
