Prezola offers a unique feature called 'Extra Treats' - optional bonus items that guests can add to their main gift purchase as a thoughtful surprise. These may include things like a bottle of champagne, chocolates, or candles.

However, we understand that some couples may wish to opt out of receiving these.

What Are Extra Treats?
Extra Treats are optional add-ons that guests can choose when purchasing a gift from your wedding list. They’re intended to enhance the gifting experience and add a little something extra to your special day.

Why You Might See Items Not on Your Gift List
If you've received a gift such as a bottle of champagne that wasn’t originally on your list, it’s likely an Extra Treat chosen by your guest. These are automatically enabled on all Prezola gift lists.

Can We Turn Off Extra Treats?
While we encourage couples to keep the Extra Treats option available to preserve the guest experience, we understand there may be personal, cultural, or religious reasons for opting out. If you'd like to disable Extra Treats, please contact our Customer Service team. This is something we only action as a final option.

What If We Don’t Want the Treat Gifted?
If you’d prefer not to receive the specific Extra Treat a guest has selected, you don’t need to worry. The value of the treat will be added to your branded product balance, allowing you to use those funds towards any other gift item available from our Branded Partners.
