Overview
If you need to update your delivery address, you're in the right place! Whether you've just placed an order or are yet to book a delivery, Prezola makes it easy to manage your delivery information.
If You Haven’t Booked a Delivery Yet or Just Placed an Order
You can easily update your address directly through your dashboard. Here's how:
- Log in to your Prezola account.
- Go to the 'Settings' page from your dashboard.
- Scroll down to the address section.
- Update your delivery address and save the changes.
Once saved, your updated address will be visible and used for any future deliveries you book. You can confirm the updated address when booking a delivery via your dashboard.
If Direct Delivery Items Have Already Been Ordered
If you've already placed an order for any direct delivery (drop ship) items, we kindly ask that you contact our Customer Service team to check whether the delivery address can still be updated. In some cases, if the delivery is due soon or already in progress, we may not be able to make changes.
