Overview
We completely understand that you may want to use your remaining Prezola funds to purchase specific items, like chairs, that may not be available on our platform. However, it’s important to clarify the type of balance you have before requesting a withdrawal.
Understanding Your Remaining Balance
Prezola gift balances can come in a few different forms:
- Cash Funds: These are eligible for withdrawal and can be transferred to your bank account.
- Branded Product Funds: These can only be spent on items listed with our Branded Partners.
- Voucher Credits: These can be redeemed through voucher partners and are not eligible for cash withdrawal.
What Should You Do?
Before requesting a withdrawal, double-check where your remaining funds sit:
1. Log into your Prezola account.
2. Go to the 'Get your gifts' section of your dashboard.
3. Select the 'Account Balance' page to view a breakdown of your remaining funds.
Requesting a Withdrawal (If Cash Funds Are Available)
If your remaining balance is made up of cash funds or custom product contributions, you can proceed with a withdrawal:
1. Head to the 'Withdraw Funds' page.
2. Click 'Request Funds' and enter your bank details.
3. Funds typically arrive within 1–5 working days.
Note: You are entitled to two free transfers. Any additional transfers incur a 1.9% fee (up to a maximum of £5), which will be deducted from the total amount requested.
What If You Have Branded Product Funds?
Unfortunately, branded product funds must be used on products available through our platform. If chairs or other items are not currently listed, you won’t be able to convert that balance into cash. However, our team would be happy to help you explore suitable alternatives.
