Why Only Set Amounts Are Displayed
- Each Prezola gift list is tailored by the couple, and they may have chosen to offer fixed cash amounts only.
- This setup is entirely up to the couple and how they prefer to receive their gifts.
- If you’re unable to enter a bespoke amount, it likely means the couple has not enabled this option on their list.
Can I Give a Custom Amount Instead?
- While we can’t guarantee the ability to give a bespoke amount, our Customer Service team is happy to reach out to the couple on your behalf to see if they would be willing to update their settings.
- Please note that this depends entirely on the couple’s preferences and may not always be possible.
- If the couple updates their settings, custom amounts will then appear as an option for gifting.
What to Do Next
If you'd like us to check if a custom amount can be added:
- Contact our Customer Service team and provide the name of the couple and the date of their wedding (if known).
- Let us know the amount you would like to contribute.
Important Note on Fees
- For all cash fund contributions, a small 1.9% payment processing fee applies.
- This fee is paid by the guest and helps cover secure processing costs.
- Charity contributions are exempt from this fee.
