Custom Product Approval and Visibility
- Custom products are not automatically visible to guests.
- They require approval by our team before they are listed publicly.
- Once approved, they will appear on your gift list and be available for guests to view and pledge against.
- If your custom product isn't visible, please contact our customer service team to check its approval status.
Why Custom Products May Not Appear When Placing an Order
Once fully pledged, the value of the custom product is moved into a dedicated custom product fund. This fund is provided to you as cash, which can be withdrawn alongside your other cash funds from the 'Withdraw funds' section of your dashboard. This allows you full flexibility to purchase the item directly at your convenience.
- Custom products will only show as available to order once they have been fully pledged against by your guests.
Adding Custom Products After Your Wedding
- Yes, you can still add custom products after your wedding date.
- However, these items must be 100% pledged against by guests in order for the funds to be released.
- You cannot use branded product funds, voucher credits, or cash funds towards custom products that are added post-wedding.
