Your Free Withdrawal Allowance

- You are entitled to two free cash fund transfers as part of your Prezola gift list service.

- These can be used at any time, whether before or after your wedding.

- Once both free transfers have been used, your dashboard will display a message stating that you've reached your limit.

Requesting a Third (or Subsequent) Withdrawal

- Additional withdrawals beyond the two free ones must be requested through our Customer Service team.

- A small processing fee applies:

  - 1.9% of the withdrawal amount, capped at a maximum of £5.

- This fee will be deducted automatically from the amount being transferred to your account.

- Once approved, your transfer will be processed within 1–5 working days.

- Confirmation of the amount you'd like to withdraw
