What Is Prezola’s Storage Policy and How Do I Book an Additional Complimentary Delivery?

Prezola provides convenient storage options and flexibility when it comes to arranging deliveries. While we offer two complimentary deliveries as part of our standard service, we understand there may be situations where items arrive at different times. This article explains how our storage policy works and how to arrange an additional free delivery if offered.

Standard Delivery Policy

- Couples receive two free UK deliveries with their gift list.

- Deliveries can be booked via the 'Get your gifts' section of your dashboard once items are in stock.

- We recommend waiting until as many gifts as possible have arrived before scheduling a delivery to avoid incurring extra charges.

Storage Policy

- Once all gifts arrive at our warehouse, we will store them free of charge for 3 months.

- After the 3-month period, storage fees apply, based on the number of items stored:

  - Starting from £15 per month for up to 5 items.

- If no storage fee is paid beyond the 3-month period, we may cancel orders and apply a 25% depreciation fee, which will be outlined by our Customer Service team before any action is taken.

Booking an Additional Complimentary Delivery

- In special cases, such as where items were delayed or stock availability impacted your ability to use your two free deliveries, we may offer an additional complimentary delivery.

- If you've received a message offering a free delivery within a specific time frame, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to arrange this.
