Summary: Once you've completed your gift purchase, you won't be able to edit your message directly through the website. However, our Customer Service team can help update the message for you if needed.

How to Request a Gift Message Edit

- If you wish to update or change the message you included with your gift, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

- Be sure to include your order reference number and specify the exact message or section you’d like us to update.

- We’ll do our best to make the change before the couple views their message in the dashboard.

Why Can’t I Edit It Myself?

For data protection and tracking purposes, once a gift is purchased, the message becomes part of the order record. This is why we require a manual request to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
