✅ How to Close Your Gift List
If you’d like to close your gift list but still keep access to your account and gift history:

Send an email to our Customer Service team at [email protected]

Make sure you contact us from the email address registered to your Prezola account, so we can verify your identity

Once confirmed, we’ll close your list and send a confirmation email
What happens next?

Your gift list will no longer be visible to guests

No further contributions can be made

You’ll still have access to your account to:

View your gift history

Manage thank-you messages

Place any new orders

Track any outstanding orders

🗑️ How to Request Full Deletion of Your Gift List
If you'd prefer to completely remove your list and all associated data:

Let us know that you'd like to permanently delete your account and all associated data
Important to know:

Once deleted, you will no longer be able to view any gift history, order information, or messages

Any guest contribution data or purchase records will also be removed from our system permanently
