Have all cash gifts and fund contributions been transferred to us?

Summary: To find out whether all your cash gifts and fund contributions have been transferred to you, you can check your account balance and withdraw any remaining funds directly from your dashboard. Here's how to manage and track your contributions and transfers.

How to Check Your Cash Balance

- Go to the 'Get your gifts' section of your Prezola dashboard.

- Select the 'Account Balance' page to view:

  - Any remaining cash fund balance

  - Breakdown of where funds are allocated (e.g., product balance, cash funds, vouchers)

- If you see a remaining balance, you may still have funds available to withdraw.

How to Withdraw Cash Gifts or Contributions

- Navigate to the 'Withdraw funds' page in your dashboard.

- Click 'Request funds', then enter your bank details and confirm the transfer.

- Transfers are processed by our Finance team and usually take 1-5 working days to arrive in your account.

Transfer Limits and Fees

- You are entitled to two free cash transfers as part of your gift list service.

- If you request additional transfers beyond the free limit, a fee of 1.9% (up to a maximum of £5) will apply.

- This fee will be automatically deducted from the amount requested during the transfer process.

Need More Transfers?

If you’ve already used your two free transfers and would like to request another one, please contact our Customer Service team. They’ll assist with initiating the transfer and advise on any associated fees.
