Summary: Prezola offers a fully flexible gift list service, giving you freedom to change, replace, or swap gifts as your needs and style evolve. Guest contributions toward branded products can be used across any item in our product range.

Swapping Gifts on Your List

- If a guest has purchased a specific gift, such as a white toaster, you’re not locked into that exact model or colour.

- You can change the gift to a different style, model, or colour, or even choose a completely different product.

- This flexibility applies to all gifts funded through your Branded Product Balance.

How It Works

- The guest purchases a gift and contributes the monetary value of that item to your list.

- That value is allocated to your Product Funds, which can be used across our full collection of branded gifts.

- You can update your choices anytime before placing your final order through your dashboard.

What Cannot Be Done

- Product Funds cannot be converted into vouchers.

- You cannot withdraw Product Funds as cash.

- Only cash and honeymoon funds are eligible for transfers or vouchers.

Managing Changes

To change a gift:

1. Log in to your Prezola dashboard.

2. Head to the 'Get your gifts' section and go to the ‘Place orders’ page.

3. Use your available Product Funds to place an order for the gift of your choice. Simply do not select the item purchased by your guest, just the item you would like instead.

You can do this any time before your final order is confirmed.
