When Can You Withdraw Funds?

- You can request a withdrawal after receiving guest pledges into your cash fund.

- Most couples choose to wait until after their wedding to complete their transfer, but this is entirely up to you.

- We recommend processing one transfer prior to your wedding once the majority of your guests have donated to help with any expenses and taking your final free withdrawal a few weeks following the wedding, just in case there are any last-minute contributions.

How to Request a Cash Transfer

Follow these steps to withdraw your cash funds:

1. Log in to your Prezola account.

2. Go to the 'Get your gifts' section of your dashboard.

3. Select 'Withdraw funds'.

4. Click 'Request funds'.

5. Enter your bank details and confirm you're happy to proceed.

Once submitted, your request will be processed by our Finance team.

Processing Time

Cash withdrawals typically take 1–5 working days to be processed and reach your chosen bank account. You'll receive confirmation once the transfer has been requested and processed.

Types of Funds and Rules

- Cash Funds: Can be withdrawn directly following the above process.

- Branded Product Balance: Must be used to order branded gifts from our site.

- Voucher Credits: Can be redeemed under specific terms and may have expiry dates.
