Delivery to Multiple Addresses – How It Works
We understand that you may want to receive gifts at different locations (e.g., home, work, or a temporary address). While we cannot split a single delivery into multiple destinations, we can organise separate deliveries for different addresses based on item availability.
To arrange this, please contact our customer service team to discuss your needs and coordinate your delivery plan.
Why Items Can’t Be Split in One Delivery
Our warehouse and shipping process is set up to send one batch of gifts to a single location per delivery booking. For operational and logistical reasons, we can’t divide the contents of a single shipment across multiple addresses.
How to Arrange Multiple Deliveries
To send gifts to more than one address:
1. Wait until you see the 'Book a delivery' prompt on your 'Get your gifts' dashboard page.
2. Select the items you want delivered to your first address.
3. Complete that delivery booking.
4. Contact our support team to schedule a second delivery for any remaining items once they are available in our warehouse.
