Audience: Couples
Summary: Yes, you will need to manually place an order for any gifts your guests have purchased. Gifts are not automatically ordered; the funds for these items remain in your account until you confirm which items you want.
Why Orders Aren’t Automatic
Prezola gives you full control over when gifts are ordered and delivered. This flexibility means that once guests purchase a gift, the cost is added to your account, but not automatically ordered. You choose when to place orders, which is ideal if you’re waiting until after your wedding or move-in date.
How to Place Your Orders
To place your gift orders, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Prezola account.
2. Go to your dashboard.
3. Navigate to the 'Get your gifts' section.
4. Click 'Place Orders'.
5. Select the gifts you’d like to order.
6. Confirm your preferred delivery details and submit your order.
You can choose to place all your orders at once or come back later to order in stages.
When Should You Place Your Orders?
We recommend placing your orders as soon as they have been pledged against or as soon after your wedding to ensure availability. Some items may be discontinued by suppliers over time, so ordering promptly helps secure your preferred gifts.
What If You Change Your Mind?
You also have the option to use the cost of any unplaced gifts towards any other products from our Branded Partners. This adds extra flexibility as your plans evolve.
Is there a deadline to place orders?
No, there is no deadline to place orders. You can place these at your convenience, but in order to ensure that we can secure the items you want, we would advise placing orders as soon as possible once pledged against.
