What does it mean that gifts have been purchased but no orders placed?

Summary: If you see that gifts have been purchased but no orders placed, it means your guests have bought you gifts from your list, but you haven’t yet confirmed the order of the item through your Prezola dashboard.

The Exciting Part – Your Gifts Are Waiting!

As soon as guests purchase items from your list, the cost of those gifts is added to your account. They’re ready and waiting for you to confirm the order so we can start to secure the gifts for you. Once at our warehouse, you can decide when and where they should be delivered—so you’re in complete control!

What “No Orders Placed” Means

This simply means:

- Guests have purchased gifts, but you haven’t placed the gifts on order yet.

- The cost of these items is held safely in your Prezola account until you are ready to place your order.

- No action has been taken to confirm those gifts yet.

Why This Flexibility Is Great

You can take your time deciding which gifts you really want, when you want to order your gifts and where you want your gifts delivered once available. Whether you’re moving house, travelling post-wedding, or just not ready yet, your gifts aren’t going anywhere.

You also have the flexibility to change your mind on gifts prior to confirming your order. This is great should your needs or tastes change from creating your gift list to ordering.

When to Place Your Orders

To avoid disappointment due to discontinuation or long delays, we recommend placing orders as soon as they are pledged against by your guests or as soon as possible following the wedding day. You can do this quickly and easily via your dashboard under ‘Get your gifts’ and ‘Place Order’.

Reassurance for You

Your guests’ purchases are logged and secured. You’ll see their names and messages, and the items they chose to purchase for you. The cost of the gifts is held on your Prezola account as credit until you are ready to finalise your gift selection and have them delivered once in our warehouse, it’s entirely your choice.
