Summary: Outlining the delivery process for large or bulky/more fragile/perishable/flammable items, as well as any other items listed as direct delivery in our selection.
Direct Delivery Policy
Any large or bulky furniture pieces, more fragile items such as mirrors, as well as perishable or flammable goods, cannot be delivered to our warehouse and are to be delivered to our couples directly from our suppliers.
These deliveries do not count as part of our two free UK deliveries as part of our service. Delivery will be organised to the address confirmed at the point of order.
Once the order has been confirmed with our supplier, it usually takes 2-3 weeks for delivery to be organised, with our supplier reaching out to you directly to confirm when delivery will take place. They will usually contact you via text message or email to confirm.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
- Delivery of large or bulky/more fragile/perishable/flammable items is limited to UK-only addresses.
- Should your address be international, we will request an alternative UK address for delivery. If this cannot be provided, the cost of the item will be credited back to your account for use towards other products from our Branded Partners.
- If any direct delivery items are out of stock, we will make you aware at the earliest opportunity.
