Cash Fund Withdrawal Policy
As part of our service, we offer each of our couples two free cash transfers to receive their cash funds. These can be processed and requested at the couple's discretion, both prior to the occasion date and after.
Should any further cash transfers/withdrawals be required, these will incur a fee of 1.9% of the cost being transferred up to a maximum of £5.00. This fee will be deducted from the transfer/withdrawal amount when processing the request.
Should further requests be required, this needs to be processed manually, via phone or email, with our customer service team.
How do I request an additional cash transfer/withdrawal?
If your two free cash transfers/withdrawals have been processed, you will need to request a further one with our customer service team by phone or email, confirming and providing the following details:
- First Line of Address and Postcode
- Account Name (as this appears on the card)
- Account Number
- Sort Code
Once received, we will process this on your account for our Finance team to process. Please allow 1-5 working days for the funds to appear in your chosen account.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
- It’s at the customer service agent’s discretion if an additional cash request can be processed free of charge.
Cash Fund Withdrawal Processing Time
Once the request has been made, our customer service team will organise this on your account for our Finance team to process. Please allow 1-5 working days for the funds to appear in your chosen account.
