What details the guest receive
Once a guest has made a purchase, they receive the following:
- Email confirmation outlining their purchase and the message they have left.
Outside of this email confirmation, your guest will receive no further updates regarding the item.
What is a guest asks if their gift is delivered?
Should a guest enquire with us whether their gift has been delivered, we are unable to confirm this information with them directly, or any information to do with the status of the item, unless we have received confirmation from you, the couple, as you finalise the gift order.
We will always reach out to you to confirm if you are happy for us to share this information with your guests.
