We know it can be disappointing when a gift you were excited about becomes discontinued. Here’s how we handle this for you:

🎁 What Happens When a Gift is Discontinued?

If a gift on your list is no longer available from our supplier, our team will:

  • Notify you via your Prezola dashboard

  • Automatically move the value of the gift into your Product Funds balance

These Product Funds are flexible and can be used toward any other item from our extensive collection of products available from our Branded Partners.

🔁 Can I Get Cash Instead?

Because the original contribution was made toward a branded product, we are only able to refund the value into your Product Funds. These cannot be withdrawn as cash.

However, if you're struggling to find a suitable replacement, our Customer Service team is always happy to help you explore options that match your style, needs, or budget.
