At Prezola, any balance remaining on your account is valid for 2 years from your occasion date. This means you have plenty of time to decide how and when to use your remaining funds, whether that’s ordering more gifts from our branded partners or withdrawing eligible cash funds.

Where to Check Your Balance

To view your remaining balance:

• Head to the ‘Get your gifts’ section of your dashboard.

• Navigate to the ‘Account Balance’ page to see where your funds sit.

• If you'd like to request a withdrawal, head to the ‘Withdraw Funds’ page and follow the on-screen instructions.
