At The Wedding Shop, we understand that timing is everything. Whether you're planning around a honeymoon, a house move, or simply want to wait until you're settled, you can choose when to place your order and book your delivery to suit your plans.

Here’s how it works:

• 🛍️ You decide when to place your order. Once your guests have made their pledges, there’s no rush - take your time browsing, swapping, or adding more gifts - unless you have chosen an Auto-Order list where your orders have been placed as soon as your guest purchased them. 

• 📦 You decide when to book delivery. After you’ve placed your order, you can select a delivery date that works best for you.

• 🧳 Not quite ready? No problem - we’ll store your gifts for free for up to 3 months after they’ve arrived in our warehouse.

• 🛻 You get two complimentary UK deliveries to help with flexibility - whether you’re splitting gifts across addresses or waiting for everything to arrive together.

Just so you know:

• Once your order is confirmed, our team begins working behind the scenes to source your gifts from our lovely brand partners. This process typically takes between 4 to 8 weeks, depending on supplier lead times and availability.

• Some larger items or artisan-made products may have longer lead times, so it’s always worth checking estimated arrival dates in your dashboard before booking delivery.

• Once the 3-month complimentary storage period ends, storage fees will apply, but our Customer Care team will be in touch with everything you need to know ahead of time.
