Once a guest purchases a gift, it doesn’t get sent out straight away. Instead, couples have full control over when they’d like to place their orders and schedule delivery.

Many couples choose to confirm their orders after their wedding day - it gives them time to review what’s been pledged and select when they’d like everything to arrive.

⏳ What happens next?

Once a couple confirms their order, we begin working with our trusted brand partners to secure their items. This process typically takes 4–8 weeks, depending on stock availability and supplier lead times.

🏡 Booking a delivery

Once their gifts begin arriving at our warehouse, couples can book a delivery date that suits them best. This is often a lovely moment when they receive all their beautiful gifts in one go.
