We understand that sometimes things change. If you've changed your mind about a gift purchase, you're welcome to request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. After this time, we'll need to check the status of the gift with the couple before we can confirm what’s possible.
💐 14-Day Refund Window
If you'd like to request a refund, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to let us know. As long as the gift hasn't already been ordered or customised, we’ll be able to process the refund for you, no problem at all.
📦 What happens after 14 days?
After the initial 14-day period, we’ll still do our best to help, but please note that refunds can only be processed if the gift hasn’t yet been:

Ordered from one of our lovely brand partners

Delivered to or accepted by the couple

Converted into credit or funds for the couple to use
Once any of these steps have been completed, the gift is considered fulfilled and may no longer be refundable.

If you’d like to request a refund, just get in touch with our friendly team. When reaching out, please include:

The couple’s name

The item you purchased

Your order number (if available)
We’ll look into the details and let you know what’s possible based on the status of the gift.
💳 When will I receive my refund?
Once confirmed, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–10 working days.
If your card has expired or you no longer have access to the original account, don’t worry, we’ll just ask for alternative details to make sure your refund reaches you safely.
