What happens if an item on our list is discontinued or out of stock?

We understand how disappointing it can be when a gift on your list becomes unavailable - whether it’s discontinued or simply out of stock. Don’t worry, we’re here to help you every step of the way.

 


🔁 Discontinued Items

If a product is discontinued by one of our brand partners:

  • We’ll notify you as soon as possible.

  • If it has not been ordered, you can simply swap it for something else - either from your existing list or from our 300+ brand partners.

  • If it has already been ordered, we’ll apply the full value of the gift back to your account so you can use the funds toward another item of your choice.


🕐 Out of Stock Items

Items may sometimes be temporarily out of stock, but we always do our best to keep you informed:

  • You’ll see stock updates on both your ‘Place an Order’ and ‘Track Order’ pages in your account.

  • If an item is currently out of stock, we’ll do our utmost to display an expected restock date so you can decide whether you’d like to wait.

  • You can still pre-order out-of-stock items - this means we’ll reserve it with the supplier as soon as it becomes available again.

If you’d rather not wait:

  • You can cancel the item directly from your account.

  • The value of the gift will be returned to your balance, giving you the flexibility to choose a different item from your gift list or explore something new from our range of brand partners.
