At The Wedding Shop, we want your gift-giving experience to be as joyful and meaningful as possible. While we don’t currently offer a fully anonymous gifting option, here’s how it works and what flexibility you do have.

🕵️‍♀️ Is Anonymous Gifting Possible?

We always aim to collect guest information - such as your name and email address - when a gift is purchased. This allows couples to thank you properly and ensures transparency for all gift transactions. Because of this, we’re unable to process gifts completely anonymously.

🎁 Looking to Surprise the Couple?

Although you can’t give anonymously, some couples choose to enable Surprise Gifting on their registry. This means:

• You can purchase any product from our wide range of over 300 brand partners - even if it’s not already listed on their registry.

• The couple won’t see your chosen item until after it’s been purchased.

• After the purchase, they’ll still have full flexibility to swap your gift for something else within our range if they prefer.

This allows for thoughtful surprises while still giving the couple freedom and flexibility.

💌 Sending a Personal Message

Every guest has the option to include a personal message with their gift. This will appear in the couple’s gift tracker so they can read your note and remember your generosity.

You can also choose to upgrade your message by selecting a commemorative printed gift message (£2.99), beautifully designed and delivered to the couple in the post after their wedding.
