Do guests receive a confirmation after purchasing a gift?

Yes - when a guest completes a gift purchase through your gift list, they’ll automatically receive an order confirmation email sent to the email address they provided during checkout. This includes a summary of their order and the personal message they included with their gift.


What Guests See and Receive

  • Order Confirmation Email: Sent immediately after their purchase is complete.

  • Gift Message: This is included in the pledge notification you receive and is always available to view in your Thank You Manager.

  • Printed Message Card (optional): If the guest chooses to upgrade for £2.99, their message will be beautifully printed and sent to you by post after your wedding.


Will Guests See Further Updates?

No - we don’t share any updates beyond the confirmation email unless the guest contacts us directly. If they do, and ask whether a gift has been changed, exchanged, or delivered, we will always check with you first before providing any information, in line with data protection.


📣 Good to Know

If guests can’t locate their confirmation email, we suggest they check their junk or spam folders. If still missing, our Customer Care team is on hand to assist them.
