We understand that from time to time, guests may come across an item available for less elsewhere. In these cases, we do offer a price match guarantee - but this applies to guests only, not to couples placing or managing their own orders.
💡 Why is price matching only available to guests?
As a couple using our service, your gift list allows for flexibility - items can be grouped, changed, or updated before being confirmed. Due to this and the way our service operates, we’re unable to assess pricing on a like-for-like basis at the point of order for couples.
Guests, however, are making a one-off purchase at a specific moment in time, which allows us to review and approve a valid price match request more easily.

As a gift list provider, we don’t hold stock. Instead, we personally source every item directly from our brand partners once your order is placed. Because of this:

Our prices are always set at the Recommended Retail Price (RRP)

We’re unable to honour seasonal sales or promotional pricing offered by other retailers

This ensures fair, consistent pricing for all couples and guests using our service
✅ What guests need to do
If a guest finds the same product available for less from a qualifying UK retailer, they can contact our Customer Care team with:

A direct link to the competitor’s product

Confirmation that the item is identical (same brand, model, size, colour)

Proof that the item is in stock at the time of the request
If eligible, we’ll refund the difference to the original payment method.
