Keeping track of the gifts that are still available to be bought from your gift list is super easy and can be done right from your Wedding Shop dashboard.
🧾 Where to View Unpurchased Gifts
You can view gifts that haven’t yet been purchased in two main places:
1. ‘Your List’ Page

Head to your Your List page from your dashboard.

Each item will display:

Quantity listed
-
Quantity purchased
-
If a gift still shows “0 purchased,” it means no guest has bought it yet, and it remains available on your list.
2. ‘Place an Order’ Page

You can also check the same information on the Place an Order page when you're ready to confirm your gifts.

Under the ‘Purchased’ column, you’ll see a number next to each item.

If it’s showing “0,” that item hasn’t been purchased yet.

👥 Tracking Group Gift Contributions
If you’ve added a Group Gift to your list, you’ll see a progress bar next to the item on your Your List page.

This bar shows the total amount contributed towards that item so far.

Once the full value has been pledged, it will show as “100% Gifted.”
This lets you easily track whether an item is still available for guests to contribute to, or if it's been fully funded.
✅ Pro Tip:
You can reorder or edit your gift list at any time, so if something hasn’t been bought and you’d like to switch it out or prioritise other gifts, you’re in full control.
