How to Request a Cash Transfer
You can withdraw your available funds at any time after they’ve been contributed. Here’s how:

Log into your Wedding Shop account

Head to the ‘Order Gifts’ section of your dashboard

Select the ‘Withdraw Funds’ tab

Enter your bank account details (or confirm previously saved details)

Choose the amount you'd like to transfer

Submit your request - and you’re all set! 🎉
What Can Be Withdrawn?
You can request a transfer for the following:

💷 Cash Funds

🌴 Honeymoon Contributions

💖 Charity Donations
💡 Important:
Funds contributed towards Branded Products or Gift Vouchers are not eligible for withdrawal. These remain in your account to be used towards ordering physical items from our 300+ brand partners.
Transfer Limits and Fees

✅ Your first two transfers are completely free

💳 Any additional transfers incur a 1.9% handling fee, capped at £5
Where to See Transfer History
You can view all past transfers under the ‘Withdraw Funds’ page. This will show:

The date of each transfer

The amount transferred

The status of the payment (e.g. processing or complete)

💸 When Can We Withdraw Our Funds - Before or After Placing Our Order?
You have full control over when to use your two free fund transfers, and you don’t need to wait until your full order is placed or after your wedding day.
Many couples choose to make their first withdrawal a few weeks before the wedding to help with final costs, and then use their second transfer a few weeks after to collect any last-minute contributions.
All transfers can be requested from the ‘Withdraw Funds’ page of your Order Gifts section, where you’ll also be able to track your transfer history. Just enter your bank details when you're ready!
💡 Top tip: Once both free transfers have been used, additional transfers are possible, but a 1.9% fee (up to a maximum of £5) will apply.
