Once you’ve placed your order, we begin working behind the scenes to secure your wonderful gifts. Each item is personally sourced from our trusted brand partners, so here's how to check the status of your gifts and understand where they are in the journey:
🛒 What happens after you place an order?
After you confirm your order, we begin contacting each supplier to secure your selected gifts. As soon as we receive confirmation from the supplier, you’ll see an estimated arrival date next to each gift on your ‘Track Order’ page of your account.
📍 If a gift is showing as ‘Order Placed’, this means we are still waiting to receive confirmation and estimated delivery details from the supplier.
⏳ What if an item is out of stock?
If one of your gifts is temporarily out of stock, we’ll show a ‘Back in Stock’ date on your ‘Track Order’ page. This gives you a clear idea of when we expect to receive the item. We’ll always aim to keep you updated with the latest information.
In rare cases where there’s an extended delay or issue, our Customer Care team will reach out to you directly with next steps.
