When managing your gift list, you may notice that some items are out of stock or have been discontinued before you've had a chance to place your order. Here's how we help you navigate this:
đ Discontinued Items (Pre-Order)
If a gift becomes discontinued before you place your order, donât worry -Â any funds contributed towards that gift will remain safely in your Brand Product balance.
You can then use this balance to select alternative gifts from any of our 300+ brand partners. This means youâll never lose the value of a gift, even if the item itself is no longer available.
đ Out of Stock Items (Pre-Order)
If an item is temporarily out of stock, this will be clearly marked on the âPlace an Orderâ page when you begin building your order.
Youâll still have the option to pre-order this item -Â weâll secure it for you as soon as it becomes available again, meaning youâll be first in line when new stock arrives from the supplier.
