Yes - you're absolutely able to update your delivery address before your gifts are sent out! We understand that plans (and postcodes!) can change, and we’re here to make sure your gifts arrive safely and smoothly.


🔁 If Your Gifts Are Being Delivered from Our Warehouse:

If your confirmed order includes gifts that are to be delivered via our warehouse (not directly from a supplier), you can update your delivery address at any time before booking delivery.

Here's how:

  1. Head to your account settings via your dashboard

  2. Update your delivery address details there

  3. Rest assured, nothing will be dispatched without your confirmation

  4. When you're ready to book delivery, you'll be asked to reconfirm the delivery address – so there’s still time to make any final changes then too!

💡 Note: We hold your gifts securely until you’ve chosen a delivery date, so there’s no risk of them being sent to the wrong place.


🚚 If Your Order Includes Direct-from-Supplier Gifts:

Some items are shipped directly from our brand partners, and we aim to place these orders as soon as your list is confirmed to avoid any stock delays.

If your order includes these types of gifts:

  • Contact our Customer Care team ASAP to request an address change

  • We’ll do everything we can to update the supplier before your item is dispatched

  • If the order has already been shipped, we’ll help track it and make arrangements if needed


🧠 Good to Know:

  • You can always view which gifts are coming from our warehouse vs. directly from suppliers via your ‘Track Order’ page

  • For international addresses or more complex delivery needs, feel free to reach out for bespoke help!
