We know how special your wedding gifts are, and we take great care to make sure everything arrives with you in perfect condition - especially fragile items.

Here’s how we ensure quality every step of the way:

Checked on Arrival

When your gifts arrive at our warehouse from our brand partners, our team inspects them to ensure everything is in excellent condition. Any issues are flagged before the gift is even packed.

📦 Checked Before Dispatch

Before your gifts are packed for delivery, they go through another round of quality checks. This ensures nothing has been missed and everything looks just as beautiful as it should.

💪 Carefully Packaged

Our warehouse team carefully packages every item using high-quality protective materials. Where needed - particularly for fragile items - we’ll add extra protection to help ensure everything arrives safe, secure, and exactly as expected.

If you ever receive an item that’s not quite right, please let our Customer Care team know within 7 days so we can make things right.
