As your delivery day approaches, we want you to feel fully informed and confident about what’s coming your way. Here's how the process works:
Packing List and Dispatch Confirmation
Once your gifts have been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email confirmation from us.
This email will include a full packing list detailing all the gifts that are due to arrive with you. It’s the perfect way to check exactly what to expect on delivery day.
Delivery Notifications and Tracking
Our delivery partner DPD will also be in touch:

You’ll receive a text and/or email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.

DPD will keep you updated and will share a 1-hour delivery timeslot, usually by 11am on the morning of your delivery.

If the timeslot doesn’t suit you, you can request an alternative delivery date directly with DPD.
Secure Delivery With PIN Code
For added security, DPD will send you a four-digit PIN code. You’ll need to share this code with the driver when they arrive. This ensures your gifts are delivered to you safely and securely.
