We understand that plans change and new gift needs can pop up - the good news is you're not limited to just one order!

You’re welcome to place multiple orders for your gifts. However, when it comes to last-minute additions, there are a few important things to keep in mind:


💡 What to Know About Last-Minute Orders

  • Flexible Ordering: You can continue to place new orders at any point in your gift list journey.

  • Delivery Timelines: If you place a new order close to your scheduled delivery date, we can’t guarantee the new items will be included in that delivery.

  • Cut-off Timing: Any items that arrive in our warehouse within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery may not be included, as our team needs time to process, pick, and pack gifts safely and carefully.

  • Direct Deliveries: If any items in your last-minute order are shipped directly from our brand partners, they will arrive separately from your main delivery, and their arrival will depend on the individual supplier’s lead times.

  • Custom Products: If you are looking to add any new custom products to your list after your wedding date, please be aware that the cost of these items can only available to be withdrawn if fully purchased by your guests and funds from your product or voucher balances cannot be moved to cover these items. 


🚚 What You Can Do

  • If you're hoping to include something in an upcoming delivery, we recommend checking the 'Track Order' page and reaching out to Customer Care as soon as possible - we’ll do our best to support where we can.

  • Otherwise, any additional items will simply be included in your next delivery - and remember, we offer two complimentary deliveries to make things as convenient as possible.
