We understand how exciting it is to keep track of your wedding gifts, so we've made sure you can stay informed every step of the way.

How Order Updates Work

Your gift order status is regularly updated in two key places:

  • Your Track Orders page:
    This is the most up-to-date source. Your dashboard is refreshed every few days as we receive updates from our suppliers.
    Track Orders

  • Email updates:
    We’ll also send you an email update roughly every 10 days to summarise the progress of your order and any key changes.

📦 What You’ll See on Track Orders

  • Gift-by-gift breakdown of what’s in stock, what’s been dispatched, and expected arrival dates

  • Real-time updates from our warehouse and supplier partners

  • Clear indicators if an item is out of stock, delayed, or already in transit

🕒 Why the Timing May Vary

We work closely with over 300 brand partners and only order items once you've confirmed them - this means our delivery timeline relies on supplier lead times. But rest assured, as soon as we know something, your dashboard will be updated.
