While we don’t currently offer a downloadable PDF delivery report, we make it easy for you to view a clear summary of your delivery online and via email. Once your gifts have arrived, you’ll have full visibility of what was delivered and when.
📦 What You’ll Receive After Delivery
Once your gifts are dispatched and delivered, you’ll get:

A detailed dispatch email
This includes a full list of all the items sent in that delivery. -
Tracking and delivery confirmation from DPD
You’ll receive your tracking number and a secure PIN for delivery. This confirms exactly when the delivery was made.
🖥️ How to View Your Delivery Summary
You can view a full record of your delivered gifts by visiting your:

There, you’ll be able to see:

All gifts that were delivered in your most recent delivery

Items still due to arrive or awaiting stock

Any remaining deliveries you can schedule
📝 Can I Get a Summary for Thank You Notes?
Yes! For a more guest-specific summary, including who purchased each gift and their messages, you can use your:

Q: Can we download a delivery report or summary once our gifts have arrived?
A: While we don’t offer a downloadable delivery report, you’ll receive an email with a summary of what’s been dispatched, and your Track Orders page will show everything that’s been delivered. For guest details and messages, check your Thank You Manager, which you can export as a PDF.
