If you’ve received a gift that’s damaged or faulty, we’ll do everything we can to resolve this quickly for you.


âś… What to Do if a Gift Arrives Damaged

  1. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery
    Damages must be reported within 7 days to ensure we can offer a resolution.

  2. Log the issue via your account:
    Head to your Track Orders page.

    • Click on the item in question

    • Select “Report an Issue”

    • Complete the short form to tell us what happened

  3. Upload supporting photos or videos

    • Include clear images (or a video if possible) of the damage or fault

    • This helps our team assess and resolve the issue quickly

  4. Our Customer Care team will follow up

    • Once submitted, our team will review your report

    • We'll arrange a replacement or suitable resolution wherever possible


🔄 Can We Return Unwanted Gifts?

  • We’re only able to offer replacements or refunds for damaged or faulty items

  • We do not accept returns for unwanted gifts unless there is a fault
