Sometimes smaller items are securely packed within larger boxes. Please double-check all packaging. -
Confirm the number of parcels received
If multiple parcels were due, ensure they’ve all arrived. You’ll receive tracking from DPD (our courier) when each parcel is dispatched. -
Review your Track Orders page
Log into your account and visit the Track Orders page to check the delivery status of each item.

If you've checked everything and a gift still appears to be missing, please follow these steps:

This ensures our team can investigate effectively. -
Go to your Track Orders page
