How do we report a missing item?

🔍 First, double-check your delivery

Before reporting an item as missing, here are a few steps to take:

  • Check all parcels thoroughly
    Sometimes smaller items are securely packed within larger boxes. Please double-check all packaging.

  • Confirm the number of parcels received
    If multiple parcels were due, ensure they’ve all arrived. You’ll receive tracking from DPD (our courier) when each parcel is dispatched.

  • Review your Track Orders page
    Log into your account and visit the Track Orders page to check the delivery status of each item.


📣 Still something missing?

If you've checked everything and a gift still appears to be missing, please follow these steps:

  1. Report within 7 days of delivery
    This ensures our team can investigate effectively.

  2. Go to your Track Orders page

    • Find the item(s) in question

    • Select “Report an Issue”

    • Choose “Missing item” as the issue type

  3. Provide helpful details
    If you can, please share:

    • Which item(s) are missing

    • Whether all parcels arrived

    • Any other details that might help our warehouse investigate

📌 Unlike damaged items, photos are not required to report a missing item - but clear written information helps us resolve things faster.

Once you've submitted the report:

  • Our Customer Care team will begin investigating with our warehouse and suppliers

  • We'll keep you informed and resolve the issue as quickly as possible
