How long will our gift list remain active on The Wedding Shop?

🎁 Your list stays open for 3 months after your wedding

By default, your gift list will remain open for 3 months after your wedding date. This gives your guests plenty of time to contribute, even after the big day.


🔒 What happens when the list closes?

Once your list is closed:

  • It will no longer be visible to your guests

  • Guests will be unable to view or make purchases from your list

However, you will still have full access to your account. This means you can still:

  • Track your gifts via your Track Orders page

  • Use your Thank You Manager to view guest messages and keep track of your thank you cards

  • Redeem any remaining Brand Product Balance

  • Enjoy your lifetime 10% discount on eligible products


📅 Can I keep it open longer or close it sooner?

Yes! If you’d like to extend your list beyond the standard 3 months - or close it earlier - just get in touch with our Customer Care team, and we’ll be happy to update the closing date for you.
