🔁 Reordering or Buying Matching Items

You’re welcome to reorder items or purchase additional, matching products through your account at any time - even after your list has closed.

Here’s how it works:

  • Available Items: If the item is still available from the supplier, we’ll work to secure it for you.

  • 💬 Need Help Finding a Match? Just reach out to Customer Care and we’ll assist in sourcing matching items.

  • 🛍️ Ordering Process: You can request additional items using your account, and they’ll be treated as a top-up order.


💸 Don’t Forget Your Perks!

  • As a Wedding Shop couple, you have access to our Lifetime 10% Discount on branded product purchases.

  • You'll also receive a 20% top-up discount on your first post-list order (T&Cs apply).

  • These apply to most branded products (exclusions apply), and can be used when reordering matching items.


📦 Delivery Timing

  • As with all Wedding Shop gifts, items are sourced directly from the brand.

  • Please allow up to 4-8 weeks for delivery, depending on stock availability and supplier lead times.


⚠️ If the Item Is No Longer Available

  • We'll let you know right away if we’re unable to source a matching item.

  • You can then explore similar alternatives from the same brand or one of our 300+ partners.
