No - Brand Product funds cannot be transferred into Cash Funds, even for a 1.9% fee.

🔍 Why is this the case?

When a guest chooses to purchase a gift from your list - whether it’s a toaster, set of wine glasses, or a designer lamp - that money is ring-fenced specifically for use on a product from one of our 300+ brand partners. These contributions are considered brand-specific product funds, not flexible cash.

This means:

• These funds must be used towards ordering physical products through The Wedding Shop.

• They cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred into honeymoon, custom, or open cash funds.

🛍️ What can you do with Brand Product funds?

You still have full flexibility within your Brand Product balance to:

• Swap gifts for any other available product from our brand partners.

• Reorder or top-up with matching items later on using your lifetime discount.

• Place multiple orders at your own pace - we don’t limit you.

💰 What about the 1.9% fee?

The 1.9% fee only applies to Cash Funds, to help cover the cost of securely processing and transferring funds directly to your bank account. It is not a fee to convert Brand Product funds into cash, as that isn’t something we offer under our service model.
