Using Your Voucher Balance

Question: Hello, I have £300 of vouchers – can I use them for anything or do they have to be used for what they were given?

Answer:

Once your voucher balance has been added to your gift list account, you have complete flexibility in how you use it - within the scope of the voucher-eligible offering.

Here’s what you can do with your voucher balance:

  • ✅ Use it towards any other voucher or experience from our curated collection

  • ✅ Switch it to a different experience provider or brand gift card

  • ✅ Use the balance towards physical gifts from our 300+ brand partners

  • ❌ You cannot withdraw the voucher balance as cash

  • ❌ Voucher funds also cannot be transferred to a honeymoon or cash fund

💡 If your plans change or you simply prefer to use your voucher value differently, you can reallocate it at any time before your order is placed - directly through your dashboard or with help from our Customer Care team.

Additional Notes:

  • Voucher values remain in your Voucher Balance until used

  • All vouchers are valid for a minimum of 12 months from the date of issue

  • After you place your order, your chosen vouchers will be sent to you by email or post, depending on the provider
