At The Wedding Shop, you can truly personalise your gift list - even by adding items from other websites or UK-based retailers that aren’t already listed in our catalogue - often referred to as Custom Products.

🛍️ How to Add a Custom Gift from Another Website:

  1. Log into your account at weddingshop.com.

  2. From your dashboard, navigate to the “Your List” or “Add Gifts” section.

  3. Click “Add a Custom Product” - this is typically found after the Popular Products section

  4. Choose “Custom Product” as the type of item you want to add.

  5. You can add the direct link for the item as our system will do this all for you or manually fill in the gift details:

    • Gift name and description

    • Price (must be from a UK retailer)

    • Retailer name and website link

  6. Upload an image of the product (if available).

  7. Click “Add to List” and it will appear alongside your other gifts.

✅ Things to Keep in Mind:

  • You can add up to 10 custom products to your list.

  • These gifts must be from UK-based retailers only.

  • Once purchased by your guests, we will collect the cost of the items for you and hold this as cash for you to withdraw, just like a cash fund.

🎁 Tip:

If you need help choosing the right category or aren’t sure whether an item qualifies, your Gift Guru is here to help!

Chatbot Summary:
