Can You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We can ship your gifts anywhere in the world. However, please note that international shipping is not included as part of our standard service and will incur an additional cost to you, the couple.

How Does It Work?

To ensure we provide the most accurate and cost-effective quote, we will wait until all your selected gifts arrive at our warehouse before generating your shipping quote. This allows us to consolidate the shipment and give you the best possible rate.

Once everything is ready, our Customer Care team will provide you with a custom international shipping quote, which will include:

• Shipping cost to your specified destination

• Optional insurance (recommended)

• Handling fee to cover secure shipment and export documentation

Insurance Option

We strongly recommend including optional insurance in your shipment. This ensures that if any items arrive damaged, we will be able to replace and resend them to you at no additional cost. If you opt not to insure your shipment, we will not be able to offer replacements for any lost or damaged items.

Customs and Duties

Please be aware that any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the couple. These will be handled by local customs authorities upon the goods' arrival in your destination country. You will be contacted directly by them to make payment.

Timing & Validity

• Once issued, your shipping quote is valid for 4 weeks

• If no delivery is scheduled within this time, storage fees will apply

• Once confirmed, gifts will typically be delivered to you within 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise specified

• If the quote we provide is not suitable, we can provide the details for you to explore your own options or we can still continue with a free UK delivery for you.

What if we don't want to proceed with your Shipping option? 

Should the quote we provide not be suitable for you, we are happy to provide the details so you can look for your own quotes and pick a more suitable courier. If this is something you would like to proceed with, we can help facilitate a delivery to your chosen courier, but once the goods have been dispatched, we are no longer responsible for them. 
Alternatively, we can proceed with a free UK delivery for you.
