Can I change the message I included with my gift?

Yes! If you’ve already completed your purchase but would like to update or correct the gift message you included, we’re happy to help.
 

What you need to do:

  • Simply reach out to our Gift Gurus or Customer Care team as soon as possible.

  • Include your order details and let us know the message you'd like to update or replace.

  • If your gift hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll be able to update the message before it’s shared with the couple.

💡 Please note: Once the gift has been processed or delivered, we may not be able to update the message - so it’s best to get in touch as quickly as you can.
