Because of this:

An item might appear available on a brand’s retail website but show as Out of Stock on your dashboard.

This is often due to limited stock availability - many suppliers prioritise their own direct customers before trade orders like ours.

Our site features a curated selection of each brand’s offering, which may vary depending on current stock levels and supplier availability.
🚚 When an item is Out of Stock:

We only discover stock issues at the point of placing your order with the brand partner.

If we learn that an item is temporarily unavailable, we:

Flag it on your Track Order page.

Include it in your next order update email.

Display a "Back in Stock" date, where possible, to help you decide whether to wait or select an alternative.

You can leave the item on order – this secures your place in line as soon as it’s back in stock.

Or, if you’d prefer not to wait, you’ll have the option to cancel the item and use your funds toward something else.
