1. The Oak & Rope Company

• If you’ve added a personalised Oak & Rope item to your list, there’s no need to input personalisation details upfront.

• Once you’ve placed your order, the supplier will contact you directly via email to confirm the exact wording or customisation you would like.

• Your gift will then be sent to our warehouse to be included in your delivery.

2. Other Brands (e.g. Aspinal of London)

• Personalisation options (like initials or names) will typically be outlined in the product description.

• To complete your order:

  • Email your chosen personalisation details to your Gift Guru or our Customer Care team at [email protected].

  • We will confirm the details with the supplier on your behalf.

  • The gift will then be personalised and delivered to our warehouse for dispatch with the rest of your items.

Additional Costs:

Some items may incur extra charges for personalisation. If this applies to your chosen gift:

• A member of our team will advise you of the additional cost.

• A secure payment can be taken to cover the personalisation fee before your order is finalised.

• Personalisation cannot be edited directly through your online dashboard at this time.

• Ensure your personalisation is correct before confirming, as these items are often non-refundable and non-exchangeable once personalised.
