Why Your Tracking Shows “Dispatched” But You Haven’t Received Anything Yet

Once your order has been picked and packed by our warehouse team, the status on your Track Orders page will show as “Dispatched.” This means your delivery has been collected and is en route to you with our courier partner, DPD.

Here’s what to expect and what to check:

🚚 What “Dispatched” Means:

  • Your gifts have left our warehouse and are with DPD.

  • DPD may take 1–3 days to deliver from the time of dispatch, depending on your chosen delivery date.

  • A tracking email or text will be sent to you by DPD once your parcel is scanned into their system.

🔍 Things to Check:

  1. Check your DPD tracking link (you’ll receive this via email or text):

    • You may see a delivery slot the morning of your delivery, sometimes as late as 11am.

    • DPD deliveries may arrive in multiple parcels if your order was split across boxes.

  2. Check your selected delivery date:

    • If you’ve booked delivery in advance, your gifts may already be packed but will only be delivered on your chosen day.

  3. Missed an item in your delivery?

    • Items that arrive at our warehouse while your delivery is being packed may not be included.

    • These gifts will appear as “In Warehouse” and can be sent in a future delivery.

  4. Still waiting with no update?

    • If your delivery has been marked “Dispatched” for more than 3 working days and you haven’t heard from DPD, please contact our Customer Care team so we can help investigate.
